Introduce a customer. Earn credit of the same value.
When they complete their first qualifying peptide purchase, you receive BioHack London credit equal to the retail value of that peptide.

The reward always matches a single peptide. Where more than one is bought, it matches the most expensive of them, never the basket total. Accessories such as BAC water do not count.
How it works

Introduce someone genuinely new
Someone who has not ordered from BioHack London before. Tell them what we do and why you buy from us.

They name you at checkout
There is a "Were you introduced by a member?" section at checkout. They enter your full name and email. It does not change their price, and they can still use any offer they already have.

We check it, then send your credit
Once their order is paid and validated, we email you a credit code for the same value. Every introduction is reviewed by a person, so it is not instant.

Share this link instead of asking your friend to remember your details at checkout. When they follow it, we fill your name in for them, so an introduction cannot be lost to a typo.
The detail
How much credit do I get?
Credit equal to the retail value of one peptide: the most expensive one on their order. A £50 peptide earns £50, an £80 peptide earns £80. It matches that single peptide, not their whole basket.
Does everything they buy count?
The reward matches the single most expensive peptide on their order. Accessories such as BAC water, alcohol wipes, vial holders and the cryo pouch never count towards the value.
How do I spend my credit?
Enter the code we email you in the discount box at checkout. It works once, is for eligible products, has no cash value, and no change is given if you do not use the full amount. It expires 30 days after issue.
What does the person I introduce get?
They keep whatever offer they would have had anyway, including our standard new customer welcome code. Naming you at checkout does not change their price.
Can I introduce myself, or my own second account?
No. Introductions must be to a different person. We check for matching details, and anything that looks like a self introduction is declined.
How many people can I introduce?
There is no limit. Each genuinely new customer earns one credit, on their first order only.
Programme terms
- The person introduced must be genuinely new to BioHack London and the credit applies to their first order only.
- The reward matches the retail value of one peptide, the most expensive on the order, not the total basket value and not the sum of every peptide bought.
- Credit is issued after the order is paid and reviewed. Introductions that appear to be self referrals are declined.
- Credit codes are single use, linked to the email they were issued to, and expire 30 days after issue. There is no cash alternative and no change is given if the full credit is not used.
- Credit does not apply to shipping and does not combine with Mix and Match or any other offer. Where another offer saves more, the larger saving is kept.
- If the qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, the credit is withdrawn.
- We may change or withdraw the programme at any time. Doing so does not affect credit already issued.
